 I relocated my family to Pennsylvania about five years ago for a new job opportunity in the area, and at the time we were not sure where we wanted to put down our roots, so we were looking for a temporary rental property to help us learn the area. We worked with a couple of real state agents in NJ and PA who were provided to us through my new employer, but both had trouble understanding my family needs, and what we were looking for. We looked for weeks but with no results.

So we reluctantly agreed, but she was right, she knew exactly what we were looking for by observing our reactions to the other properties that we did not like. The school system in the new area was even better than the area we limited ourselves to. Since it was my first experience to purchase a property, her knowledge and experience yet again became indispensable throughout the purchasing and financing process.
